Heron Room at the Fish House in Satnley Park

Sales and Marketing Manager at the Fish House in Stanley Park

A year ago, we renamed our dining room closer to the Blue Heron rookery - The Heron room - and opened with a heron series of pictures by artist Isabelle Grog.  At this time of the year, we distribute information with each menu going at the tables, on the Blue Herons nesting beside us. It is a delight for visitors to learn about them.  An idea came to us to try to locate a telescope, so guests could look at the nests and the chicks from the Heron Room. This caught the ear of Parks Board personel (which suggested your organization) and The Courrier publication, as they would like to run a story on this.

My question is: would there be a society or organization you associate with that could lend us a telescope until the end of April?? Please contact me by phone at 604-681-7275.

Thank you for your consideration.
