Northern Pygmy-Owl

PostDateIcon Sat, 2008/10/11 - 4:02pm | PostAuthorIcon Visitor

A Northern Pygmy-Owl was seen on Thunderbird Ridge (in the Grouse Mt. Area) today around 11 am. The bird was very active - calling and flying from tree top to tree top and providing good views at very close range. And I did not carry my binoculars or camera.
